Connect your AI

Your health, now inside
any assistant.

Connect Prev8 to Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Gemini so you can track your health and log everything just by chatting — your AI reads your trends and adds your meals, supplements, activities and more, hands-free.

What it is

Prev8 has a secure remote MCP server that plugs your health data into any AI assistant — so your assistant can both understand your data and do the logging for you.

Claude

Up and running in minutes.

Who it's for: Anthropic’s Claude on a computer (Claude Desktop or claude.ai).

Setup is done on your computer.

Connector URL

https://mcp.prev8.ai/mcp
1

Copy your connector link

In Prev8 (or right here), copy your secure connector link:https://mcp.prev8.ai/mcp

2

Add it in Claude

In Claude on your computer (Claude Desktop or claude.ai) → SettingsConnectors Add custom connector → paste the link.

3

Sign in & approve

Sign in to Prev8 and approve exactly what Claude can see and log. That’s it — start chatting.

ChatGPT

OpenAI ChatGPT.

Who it's for: OpenAI ChatGPT on a computer (web or desktop).

Requirement: A paid plan (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu) and Developer mode. Free ChatGPT can't add custom connectors. Note: OpenAI renamed “connectors” to “apps” in December 2025, so you may see either word.

Apps

Add and manage apps ChatGPT can use in your chats.

Explore apps
Advanced settingsCreate app

↑ This is the row you need — open Advanced settings to enable Developer mode, then use Create app to add the PREV8 connector.

Drafts

Private apps you've created in developer mode.

1

Turn on Developer mode

In ChatGPT on a computer, open Settings Apps, scroll to the bottom and open Advanced settings (see the panel below). Toggle on Developer mode and accept the warning that custom apps run third-party code.

2

Create the PREV8 connector

Back in Settings → Apps, click Create app (next to Advanced settings). Enter a name like “PREV8”, paste the connector URL as the MCP Server URL, choose OAuth for authentication, tick “I trust this application”, then click Create.

3

Sign in and approve

ChatGPT opens the PREV8 sign-in. Approve exactly what ChatGPT can read and log — the available tools then appear.

4

Use it in a chat

Start a new chat, open the tools menu (“… More” → Developer mode), enable PREV8, then ask about your trends or tell it to log a meal, supplement, activity and more. If PREV8 adds tools later, open the connector and click Refresh.

Grok

xAI Grok.

Who it's for: xAI’s Grok via “Bring Your Own MCP” — works on the web (grok.com) and the iOS/Android apps.

Requirement: On Grok Business/Enterprise, a team admin must first add the custom MCP server in console.x.ai before members can connect.

Connector URL

https://mcp.prev8.ai/mcp
1

Open Connectors

Go to grok.com/connectors (also available in the Grok iOS/Android apps) and click New Connector.

2

Choose Custom (Bring Your Own MCP)

Select Custom, then paste the connector URL as the MCP server URL.

3

Sign in and approve

Save and enable the connector. Grok opens the PREV8 sign-in window — approve what Grok can read and log. There’s no token to paste; PREV8 handles the OAuth handshake.

4

Start using it

Grok discovers the PREV8 tools and offers them in conversations — ask about your trends or tell it to log a meal, supplement, activity and more.

Gemini

Google Gemini.

Who it's for: Developers (Gemini CLI) and organisations (Gemini Enterprise). The consumer Gemini app does not support custom MCP connectors yet.

Gemini Enterprise (admins)

An admin can register PREV8 as a custom MCP server data store in the Google Cloud console (Public Preview), using the connector URL above with StreamableHTTP transport and OAuth.

Trust & security

Powerful — and safe by design.

Add-only, never destructive

Your AI assistant can read summaries and add new entries. It can never edit or delete your existing data.

You choose what's shared

During connection you approve exactly which categories your assistant can read and log — nothing is shared by default.

Secure, standards-based sign-in

Connection uses industry-standard OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Your assistant signs in as you, with your consent, and only gets the access you grant.

Revoke anytime

Change permissions or disconnect your assistant whenever you want.

Not medical advice

Framed as wellness tracking and insights, not diagnosis.

See it in action

Just say it. Your AI handles the rest.

Log a chicken salad for lunch, about 450 calories, and the vitamin D I just took.

I ran 30 minutes this morning — add it.

My urine pH was 6.4 this morning, log that.

How has my energy score trended over the last two weeks?

What's the one thing most worth improving based on my recent data?

You choose exactly what your AI can read and log on the approval screen, and can change permissions or disconnect any time. PREV8 assistants can read summaries and add new entries only — never edit or delete — and never see lab interpretation notes, scan images, payments or contact details.

Your health, connected.

Download Prev8, then add the connector https://mcp.prev8.ai/mcp in your AI assistant.
